What updates have you made to your e-bike/e-scooter?

Something I have noticed a lot is how those who purchase an e-bike or e-scooter tend to upgrade them. Sometimes I see them making visual upgrades, but then I notice some, and I know they have been upgraded in ways that make the ride better when the e-bike or e-scooter is in use.

What updates have you made to your e-bike or e-scooter? How much did it cost you to make those upgrades?

I don't do any upgrades, including visual upgrades. I would do just one thing, if needed, that is buy a new battery. However, I haven't done it yet.

I have changed a few things on my escooter. I upgraded the lights for better visibility at night, added a phone mount, and switched to better tires after the stock ones wore out quickly.
