Has your e-bike or e-scooter replaced your car?

It is not too often that I hear people have replaced their car with an e-bike, but it is not unheard of, and some people do it mainly for the environment, especially if they have to commute to and from work every day.

Have you replaced your car with an e-bike or e-scooter? What made you decide to change from transporting in your car daily to an e-bike or e-scooter?

I’ve never owned a car. I’ve always used scooters for getting around, first petrol and now electric. For city travel, a scooter is pretty good for me. The electric switch reduced fuel and maintenance costs. It also made short daily rides quieter and more convenient. For long distances, I prefer public transport.
