Would you recommend winter travelling on an e-bike or e-scooter?

Travelling in winter on something such as a bike, I know from experience, is not always a good experience. With the cold in your face if you do not protect yourself enough or the possible accidents when it comes to rain, snow, ice or even wind, I can only imagine how much more difficult it would be on an e-bike or e-scooter.

Would you recommend winter travelling on an e-bike or e-scooter? Have you travelled in the winter on your e-bike or e-scooter?
