Do you feel enforcement should be stricter when it comes to e-bikes and e-scooters?

I don't know about anyone else, but I do not think there is enough enforcement being taken when it comes to those who are breaking the rules when it comes to e-scooters or e-bikes. For example, here in the UK, we are supposed to see confiscations, but it still seems as though there are way too many people on e-bikes and e-scooters at the moment in places that they should not be.

Are rules for e-bikes and e-scooters being enforced enough, do you feel, or should they be stricter?
